To advance the sustainable development of audiovisual program copyright cooperation at the district and county level, strengthen in-depth collaboration with local converged media operations, and enhance technical synergy in converged media, the Chongqing Audiovisual Program Copyright Cooperation and Collaborative Technology Sharing Conference was successfully held at Chongqing Ourei Hotel on October 25-26,2023. Hunan Shuangln, a nationally renowned professional R&D and manufacturing enterprise in radio and television and a “Little Giant” enterprise under China’s Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative (SRDI) initiative, was invited to participate in the event.
Organized by Chongqing Radio and Television Group (China Media Group), the conference was co-hosted by Chongqing Audio-Visual Publishing House Co., Ltd. and the Sichuan Branch of China Radio and Television Broadcasting, Film and Television Design Institute. Nearly 200 attendees, including Guan Honghe, Party Secretary and President of Chongqing Radio and Television Group, along with directors and technical leaders from over 30 district and county converged media centers across Chongqing, participated in the event.
Guan Hong, Party Secretary and President of Chongqing Radio and Television Group, visited Hunan Shuangln Company’s exhibition booth for guidance. Li Wei, Director of the Marketing Department at Hunan Shuangln, provided a detailed introduction to the company’s 27-year journey of independent R&D and deep cultivation in the broadcasting market. The company was awarded the national “Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative Little Giant” enterprise title in 2021, holding over 400 intellectual property rights. Its technology and products cover broadcasting, television, converged media, and new-era civilization practices, forming more than 80 product series with nearly 400 varieties of self-developed software and hardware. Special emphasis was placed on the company’s broadcasting product ecosystem, localization progress, and Shuangln Broadcasting’s market share nationwide. Secretary Guan highly commended the company’s continuous innovation in broadcasting technologies, which has fostered new service concepts, operational experiences, and empowered county-level converged media centers with safe broadcasting and innovative operations.
During the exchange session, Director Li Wei presented Shuangln’s Lingyun All-Media AI Smart Broadcasting technology and content ecosystem.
The presentation highlighted the new-generation V8 broadcasting production system and content store platform, which has served over 2,000 domestic users. With its outstanding technical design, intelligent platform services, and affordable program resource packages, this series provides better solutions for safe broadcasting and innovative operations in county-level radio stations. The presentation sparked in-depth discussions with leaders and technical experts from converged media centers, earning unanimous recognition and praise.
