The 15th Sichuan Provincial Converged Media Technology Annual Conference was held from June 25 to 27,2025, in Songpan County, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The conference was jointly organized by the Converged Media Technology Professional Committee of the Sichuan Electronic Society and the Technical Professional Committee of the Sichuan Radio and Television Society, and hosted by the Aba Prefecture News Media Center. Participants included representatives from Sichuan Radio and Television Station, China Radio and Television Sichuan Network Co., Ltd., converged media and radio institutions from 21 cities (prefectures) across the province, regional and county-level converged media representatives, as well as technical leaders and industry experts from some provincial radio and television institutions. Hunan Shuangln Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., as a professional R&D and manufacturing enterprise of China Radio and Television and a national “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in precision, refinement, and innovation, was invited to attend the event.


Xu Li, Director of the R&D Department at Hunan Shuangln Software, delivered a keynote presentation titled “Innovative Broadcasting Production and Operationalization of Domestic Information Technology.” He provided an in-depth analysis of Shuangln’s V8 domestic broadcasting system, covering its hardware and software design, development, and deployment of the AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content) intelligent production platform. The session was packed with practical insights, capturing the attention of numerous attendees.






Moving forward, Hunan Shuangln will intensify technical collaboration with converged media centers nationwide, jointly advancing the deployment of AIGC-powered smart media technologies across radio, television, new media, and educational training sectors. This initiative will empower clients to build robust technical platforms and cultivate talent synergistically, collectively addressing the challenges of AI-driven technological innovation, evolving distribution channels, and revenue-generating operational strategies.
