The 2023 Hunan Shuangln ‘Shuangln Smart Media · Co-Creating the Future’ Seminar on Radio and Television Technology and Innovative Operations was held with great pomp in Changsha, Hunan Province on March 23,2023. Nearly 400 leaders and technical executives from over 170 provincial, municipal, and county-level radio and television stations and converged media centers across China attended this prestigious event.

At this grand event, Hunan Shuangln Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. honored Xiao Rong, Deputy Director of Hunan Provincial Radio and Television Bureau and member of its Party Leadership Group, with a keynote address. He emphasized, “As a pioneering independent developer of complete broadcast control systems spanning radio, television, and converged media in Hunan and nationwide, we have consistently driven technological innovation in broadcasting and education. The seminar showcased our products’ cutting-edge innovation, smart solutions, and profound expertise.” He further expressed hope that this event would foster industry-wide consensus on media convergence, while exploring innovative models and effective strategies for integrated development of broadcast and television media.
As the organizer of this seminar, Hunan Shuangln Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. had its Chairman Mr.Zhou Jianguo deliver a welcome speech. He outlined the company’s strategic plan for 2023, which includes actively building three major platforms for multimedia technology, services, and operations, while developing four key areas: radio, television, converged media, and New Era Civilization Practice Centers. The company will roll out six product clusters, including the Lingyun All-Media Technology Platform, next-generation smart broadcasting production and operation systems, the Lingyun Content Maker Platform, the Lingyun Event Operation Club, and the “All-Media Smart O&M” space station – all high-quality multimedia products. Zhou emphasized that Hunan Shuangln will empower stakeholders through technological innovation, platform collaboration, intelligent operations, strategic alliances, precision marketing, and technical training. By building bridges for open cooperation between Shuangln and media clients nationwide, the company aims to drive mutual growth and contribute to the rapid development of China’s broadcasting industry.

Hunan Shuangln remains committed to independent innovation, delivering secure, stable, and reliable products and systems for the media industry. This year, the company officially joined the “Changsha Advanced Computing and Information Security Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance”. At the seminar, Yang Yiyi, Secretary-General of the Alliance, presented a membership plaque to Hunan Shuangln, which was received by Yang Xiaohu, Director of the Hunan Shuangln Assurance Center.
In the future, Shuangln will continue to uphold its philosophy of ‘independent R&D and pioneering innovation,’ launching a series of products compatible with the National Information Technology Innovation Project (Xinchuang).

The conference, with the goal of advancing the development and operation of omnimedia, explored new technologies, products, and applications in this field to enhance our comprehensive competitiveness in the wave of media convergence. Four thematic sessions were held: “Technical Seminar on Next-Generation Omnimedia AI Smart Broadcasting System Construction”, “Integrated Solution for 4K Ultra-HD Smart TV Production & Omnimedia Interactive Operations”, “Technical Seminar on Omnimedia Interaction and Innovative Operations”, and “Omnimedia Smart Operation & Maintenance Space Station”.
To provide a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of cutting-edge industry technologies and products, Hunan Shuangln has established 23 dedicated exhibition zones showcasing its proprietary multimedia solutions. These include: a 4K/8K HD production zone, a 5G/4K/AR/VR 3D virtual broadcasting system, operational frameworks for municipal/county-level converged media centers, a private live-streaming e-commerce platform, the next-gen V8 AI-powered smart broadcasting system, an intelligent control system for broadcast “brain”, and a comprehensive monitoring platform for converged media center operations. Each zone features round-the-clock demonstrations by product managers and R&D teams, offering professional consulting services to clients.
Compared to previous editions, this year’s seminar has undergone a comprehensive visual upgrade and optimization. From the creative truck event at the 23-system application exhibition area to the real-world application scenarios of the specially designed small radio visual live studio for the conference, and even the spectacular audio-visual feast presented by the invited performance unit for all attendees, the event has received unanimous recognition and praise from participating clients.
